Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North
Carolina (BCBSNC) hired me to assist them in the redesign of the State Health
Plan of North Carolina Web site.
In addition to dramatically improving the interface of the site, I also developed all of the site pages.
The site earned very high usability marks during a rigorous user testing exercise and was used for over three years.
